It took me 2 hours to reach someone at the motel through phone. We were told there’s a $40 refundable cleaning fee, when we arrived it bumped to $50. There are many communication errors that we came across. Water pressure comes out like a fire hose and my child couldn’t take a shower because it hurt him. Ice machine was down, vending machines were down. None of the rooms have clocks, alarms, or telephones. Cleaning staff are very nice, and they were so welcoming. Nobody is around in the mornings for anything, not even the cleaning lady could find the owner (who lives there). The owner was looking at a woman in front of me very inappropriately & when she walked out he moved his whole body to the side of me to watch her butt as she left the office. The motel rooms were very clean, and I was impressed at first and didn’t know why there were so many bad reviews on Google, until I stayed a couple days while visiting Grove.
